here is a new info for your Blackberry 10. for you that having this reboot problem on Blackberry 10. there will be a minor repair on your blackberry 10 Software. this update confirm to be on 10.1 Version. and what about 10.0.10.684.10.0.10.672 and 10.0.9.2743 version, for this version maybe will have this weird reboot problem also.

This problem could be fixed by updating your OS on 10.1 Version. if you haven't updated it yet, you can do software updated to fix this reboot problem. but i think we must wait this updated available to all over the country patiently.
